Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the order and will be added to it in each case. The shipping costs for deliveries within Germany are 4.95 EUR for an order value up to 49.99 EUR, from an order value of 50.00 EUR the delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries abroad:

The shipping costs are not included in the price of the order and will be added to it. Shipping costs to Austria and the Netherlands are 4,95 EUR for orders up to 49,99 EUR, for orders over 50,00 EUR the delivery is free of charge.

The shipping costs for deliveries to other EU countries Great Britain and Switzerland, the shipping costs are a flat rate of 9.80 EUR for an order value up to 99.99 EUR, from an order value of 100.00 EUR, the delivery is also free of shipping costs.

For a shipment to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred in the context of your order, which are not paid through us or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the competent customs or tax authorities.
