Make a complaint and return products

1. Transport damages

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damages, please make an immediate complaint to the delivery agent where possible. Please also get in touch with us immediately and inform us of your order number, the affected item and the type of damage incurred.

2. Faulty items

Is the item defective the first time you try it on or use it? In this case, the legal warranty rights apply. Please contact us and tell us your order number, the item concerned and the type of damage. In this case, we as a retailer have two options to remedy the defect by means of supplementary performance, i.e. we either repair the defective item or send you a new item. To do this, we need a written request from you and a reasonable deadline. Only then do you have the right to withdraw from the purchase or to demand a reduction in the purchase price or compensation for damages. 3. Dissatisfaction

Unfortunately, the collar didn't fit, the design doesn't look like it was intended when you unpacked it or you ordered different items to choose from? No problem, if you don't like something - you have the legal right of revocation, according to which you can cancel your order within 14 days - by the way, even without giving reasons. We will bear the costs of returning the goods. Please use the return link in the order overview in your customer account. For technical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible for our customers with customer accounts outside Germany to use this function correctly at present. 4. Extended free return with customer account

Unfortunately the collar didn't fit, the design doesn't look like you thought it would when you unpacked it or you ordered different items to choose from? No problem, if you don't like something - as a registered customer (from Germany), every return is free of charge for you for another 14 days - beyond the time limits of the legal revocation.

Please stick the return label enclosed in the package onto the package to be returned. A covering letter is not required.
